This is a supplement to the state health insurance system rather than a commercial insurance line. in 2019 non-life insurance penetration (excluding PA and voluntary health) was 2.11% of GDP.

The Slovenian non-life market consists of nine locally supervised companies and six "freedom of establishment" branches which are supervised elsewhere in the EU.
