I had never considered working in insurance or employee benefits before, but a recruiter suggested my research and writing skills might make me a good match for the Information Analyst role. My interviewers were really friendly, and they emphasised that Axco values flexibility and autonomy. I had to do a written task for the second interview, which represented well the work of the role and made me more confident that I could do it. I liked the idea of learning about a completely new industry, and so far it's been great!
