Main purpose

Travel to allocated countries, build up contacts and use existing connections. Become a leading authority on designated insurance markets. Responsible for the in-depth research and report writing for several markets across life, health and/or non-life insurance.

Summary

Responsible for the in-depth research and report writing for several markets across life, health and/or non-life insurance. Travel to designated countries, build up contacts and use existing connections. You will become a leading authority on your designated insurance markets. 

Key Duties

• Travel to designated markets.
• Meet with market practitioners including insurers, reinsurers, brokers, supervisors/regulators and market associations.
• Write detailed reports based on questionnaires and template documents covering a wide range of market dynamics including, but not limited to, legislation, market overviews, lines of business and distribution.
• Update reports every 3 months on key legislation & major market changes.

Requirements

The person in this role will:

• Have extensive experience in the insurance industry, ideally at a senior level, with international exposure being a strong advantage..
• Demonstrate strong numerical literacy and analytical skills.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across various levels and countries.
• Have a proven ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.
• Show meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Display excellent proficiency in written English.
