Tim has had a varied career as a broker and consultant. He has focussed mainly on emerging Eastern European and Central Asian markets and worked in several locations within the region.

Rob's career has been in underwriting, underwriting management, general management and international consultancy. He speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.
